Job Description

Purpose: As an I.T. Business Analyst at our Head Office, you'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and enhancing operations through detailed requirements analysis, process documentation, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our systems and processes are optimized to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
• Qualifications in I.T. or Business Analysis (Diploma or Degree preferred).
• 2 – 3 years’ relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and adapt quickly.
• Proficient in data analysis and understanding of business functional areas.
• Willingness to travel to sites when required.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Previous experience in I.T. or Business Analysis is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring performance, change management and support handovers.
• The ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and to manage stakeholder meetings
• Requirement gathering is a key part of the role so the ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received is essential
• Documentation of Functional business requirements
